House Rules & Guest Reminders
1. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help us keep the space clean.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors . This includes marijuana, which is absolutely not allowed.
3. No open flames are allowed in the house. Please do not light candles, incense, or use any flammable items indoors.
4. Clean and return all kitchenware after use. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Always lock all doors and windows when you’re inside or leaving. Your safety and belongings are important to us.
6. If any unregistered guests or unauthorized visitors arrive, please inform us in advance.
7. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 9: 00 PM. Violations may result in a $500–$1000 fine.
8. If the number of garbage bags exceeds 10, an additional fee of $20 will be charged for each additional bag.
