This beautiful and exclusive newly built holiday apartment with its own sauna, designed to meet the highest living standards, was completed in 2022. Tastefully and modernly furnished with high-quality materials, the holiday apartment is located in the beautiful Sauerland region, right on Lake Diemel.
The holiday apartment features a bright, inviting living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a box-spring bed, a bathroom with a sauna, and a terrace overlooking Lake Diemelsee, and accommodates 2 people.
The interplay of colours with natural and high-quality materials creates an extraordinary living environment. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible to people with disabilities.
The fantastic location of our holiday rental is ideal for both active holidays—including hiking, e-bike tours, and mountain biking—and relaxing getaways with swimming and wellness options.
In winter, the proximity to the winter sports hubs of Willingen and Winterberg offers you a wide range of winter sports activities.

Booking Information
Photos may show optional extras, such as bed linens, towels, a grill, etc., some of which can only be added for an additional fee after the booking process is complete. If optional extras are included in the rental price, they will be explicitly described in the listing.
If pets are allowed in this holiday rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a tourist tax. This is not included in the booking price.
For arrivals within 5 days, we accept payments exclusively via real-time bank transfer.

We’re enthusiastic guests at Quartierfreund and always look forward to our stays in your rental properties—the selection and quality never fail to impress us! This time, however, we’d like to politely point out two minor issues we noticed that, in our opinion, could easily be improved: The bathroom has an open shower, which causes some water to splash onto the bathroom floor in front of the sink while showering. We would have liked to dry the floor with a squeegee or a cleaning cloth—unfortunately, neither was available. A small cleaning kit would be very helpful here! The patio furniture on the terrace was also quite dirty upon our arrival; it was clear it had been that way for some time. Since there were no cleaning supplies on hand, we were at least able to sweep up some of the dirt with a hand broom, but the table unfortunately remained dirty. A quick cleaning before our arrival and a rag or cloth for guests would make a big difference here. We hope this feedback helps you make the stay even more enjoyable for future guests—and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
