This bright, non-smoking one-room apartment has 29 square metres of living space and is lovingly furnished for two people. The bathroom, as well as the living room and bedroom, were newly renovated in 2024. It is located on the ground floor and has a large west-facing balcony.

The living room and bedroom were partially renovated in 2024; they were painted, and vinyl flooring was installed. It features a cosy white bed (1.60 x 2 m) with two mattresses, a white wardrobe with sliding doors, a large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access (not guaranteed), a dining table with two comfortable armchairs, and blackout pleated blinds.
The small kitchenette in the hallway is equipped with a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a microwave, a two-burner
ceramic cooktop, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a toaster, dishes, and various kitchen utensils.
The completely renovated bathroom features a shower, a towel rack, and some small storage space.

Just 50 to 150 metres away are the main beach, the spa promenade, the tourist information centre, the “Sylter Welle” water park, the Syltness Centre, shops for daily necessities, and many different restaurants and bars.

Bicycle parking is available in the courtyard, and in the basement you’ll find a laundry room and the trash room.
An lift is also available, though it requires navigating a flight of stairs in the entryway.
