Kesällä 2022 valmistunut upea paritalo kivenheiton päässä Levin keskustasta. Huoneisto sijaitsee rauhaisalla alueella kuitenkin vain kilometrin päässä Levin keskustan kattavista palveluista. Laduille, rinteisiin ja ulkoilureiteille kävelee kymmenessä minuutissa. Aivan vierestä kulkee myös Skibussi, jolla kulkeminen ympäri matkailukeskuksen on helppoa. Myllykjoki virtaa suoraan kohteen takapihalla. Kesällä uintimahdollisuus. Huoneistossa majoittuu oikein mukavasti isompikin perhe. Olohuoneen isoista ikkunoista tulee valoa huoneistoon ja niistä avautuu rauhallinen metsänäkymä. Isommallekin porukalle riittää tilaa, sillä sivustollamme on vuokrattavissa myös paritalon toinen puoli Rikinänranta B kohdenumerolla 15819. Kahden perheen lomaillessa paritalossa, saa halutessaan myös huoneistojen välissä olevan oven auki helpottamaan yhteistä lomailua. B-talon kellarissa on yhteiskäytössä oleva suksihuone. Huoneistossa on valoisa ja tilava avokeittiö sekä olohuone, jossa mahtuu iltaa viettämään porukalla. Alakerrasta löytyy myös kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on kaksi vuodetta molemmista. Makuuhuoneiden lisäksi alakerrassa on pesuhuone, tyylikäs sauna sekä erillinen wc. Matalahkolla parvella on pieni oleskelutila televisiolla sekä kolme erillistä vuodetta.
