Spacious outdoor area with swimming pool (34 sqm) offers a terrace with barbecue area and some children amenities - it all surrounded with greenery and offering maximum privacy. This is a perfect choice for families with children - fully equipped, nicely furnished and located in a peaceful location, but close to the town center and the sea. Welcome!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We loved our little home away from home and Croatia! The house was very clean when we arrived, and everything looked just like in the photos! There were 10 of us, and we felt like we had enough space for each one of us! We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area, the pool and the fireplace. The location was quiet, and it was helpful to have air conditioning’s for every room! We love staying in this house!

Great holidays in Croatia

We spent a very pleasant week in a very beautiful villa. The house il well equiped. The air conditionners were efficient. The pool was great also. A car is needed to go to the beach ; public parking at fair price is available. Very good experience for our first time in Croatia.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Wir (2 Familien mit 2 kleinen Kindern 1 Hund) hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus. 1 Familie war im EG (2 Zimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Toilette separat) und die zweite Familie im 1. Stock. Das war sogar viel zu groß für 1 Familie ;-) 1 Bad haben wir nicht benutzt und 1 Zimmer ebenfalls. Der Pool ist super für mit Kids. Die Pumpe war leider nicht an bei Ankunft, haben es erst nach ein paar Tagen gemerkt und Bescheid gegeben. Innerhalb von ein paar Stunden kam der Pool-Service, das hat gut geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war sehr schön sauber. Den Grill draußen haben wir nur 1x benutzt - da sitzt man super schön. Toll und praktisch: die Outdoor-Toilette. Die Kids haben den kleinen Spielplatz geliebt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir in dem Haus haben durften.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Top ausgestattet, alles da, was man benötigt, für Küche, Bad und Haushalt. Toller Außenbereich, mit schönen Pool, Kinderspielbereich, ringsherum schön bepflanzt, und einem tollen Grillplatz. Wir haben uns für den ganzen Aufenthalt Fahrräder gemietet, damit haben wir Malinska und die Umgebung erkundet.
