Apartment No. 22 is a 2-room apartment with approximately 88 square metres of living space. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and a microwave. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and two sinks is also available. The simply furnished, spacious living room features two red sofas, an armchair, a dining area, and a white fold-out bed.
The entire living area is carpeted.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the “Sylter Welle” building, Andreas-Dirks-Str. 2-4.
The two west-facing balconies offer a magnificent view of the lake, and the south-facing balcony provides a great view over the rooftops of Westerland and the sea. Wi-Fi is available (service not guaranteed).

The bike storage room, laundry room, and trash room are located in the underground car park. The trash chute for general waste is in the stairwell.

Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:

Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided as a starter kit in the apartment.
