The apartment building is located in a quiet side street right next to the Friedrichstrasse pedestrian zone. Various shopping options and restaurants, the main beach with its spa promenade and band shell, as well as the Sylter Welle water park are just a few minutes’ walk away. This charming and cosy apartment features two single fold-out beds in the living-bedroom area, as well as a sitting and dining area, cable TV, a radio, and a 5G Internet connection via Wi-Fi (subject to availability). The entryway includes a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower. The breakfast balcony faces east. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
Pets are not allowed.

Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3 terry cloth hand towels, 1 large bath towel, 1 shower mat, 2 tea towels, 1 bed sheet, 1 set of bed linens

Im Wohnzimmer für meinen persönlichen Geschmack zu viele Möbel (ein Sessel, Rattan-Tisch, der Sekretär & etwas Deko waren zu viel) Auf den Fotos abgebildet, aber man sah nie den gesamten Raum. Matratze, das Bücherregal & auch der gesamte Stauraum waren super. Auch das ein Wäscheständer bzw. ein Einkazuzie vorhanden sind.

Auch bei der Schlüsselabholung sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir fanden die Unterkunft in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor.
