“THE MIDDLE ONE” is located on the 1st floor with a balcony and offers a spacious 100 square metres of living and dining space with a wood-burning stove. The wingback chair by the fireplace is perfect for cosy reading sessions.

This very stylish and modern apartment has 2 bedrooms, providing plenty of space for 4 adults or a family.

The balcony, with its stunning view, is the perfect spot for breakfast. You can reach the shared garden via a spiral staircase. It’s securely fenced for your dogs and features a lovely seating area for cosy evenings.

Of course, we provide Wi-Fi, a large TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. There’s space for your bicycles or motorcycles in the garage, and your car can park in front of the house in your own designated spot.


The living and dining room features an open and inviting layout. The wood-burning stove creates just the right atmosphere. And with our 50-inch TV, you’ll never miss a film night. The large dining table is perfect for large families and couples.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish soap, tea towels, a dishwasher, a set of kitchen knives, a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, a toaster, blender, baking pans, egg cooker, teapot, kettle, selection of teas, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer—a spacious and modern kitchen with stylish stools for seating.

1st bedroom: This room features a double bed with two 90-cm mattresses; the large closet offers plenty of space for your clothes. The room can be darkened using 100% blackout pleated blinds.

2nd bedroom: This room features a 140-cm mattress; here, too, a closet provides storage space, and the 100% blackout pleated blinds allow you to darken the room.

The bathroom offers everything you need, including a large shower and an illuminated mirror cabinet; a hair dryer is, of course, provided, as are towels for your use.



Number One consists of a total of three living units: THE LOWER, THE MIDDLE, and THE UPPER.

In front of our house, you’ll find a separate parking space for each apartment; you’re also welcome to store bicycles in our lockable garage, as well as motorcycles under the carport in front of the garage.

Our 1,000-square-meter fenced-in communal garden offers plenty of space for balmy summer evenings and playtime with the dog.

The terrace off the house leading to the garden is available exclusively to tenants of the LOWER apartment.

Guests staying in the MIDDLE apartment can enjoy stunning sunsets from the adjoining balcony.
Our sun deck, with seating and lounging areas, offers a unique view of the Bodenwerder valley.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
