Everything was smooth and clean but I did notice the kick plates under the kitchen cupboards were falling off and not supported. There was a broken coaster on the floor when we walked in and the driveway was torn up so minimal parking. The entry way before we walked into the basement sweet was extremely hot for no reason and there was no heating and cooling other than 2 space heaters and a box fan. Otherwise the home was beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend when repairs are made
