About this property
Holiday apartment Rehetobel for 1 - 6 persons with 3 bedrooms - Holiday apartment
ED Refnr. 3050969
Spending the night here, with a unique view over the Appenzellerland as far as the Säntis, is an experience at any time of year.in the stylishly renovated, listed building on the historic village square of Rehetobel, old building fabric is combined with modernity. The stately five-storey building has served several purposes in its 230 years. Where there is now a pretty pub, the "Gasthaus Dorf5" with a beautiful garden, used to be the post office. The upper floors, which served as the telegraph office and business premises, are now home to three exclusive flats with a high standard of finish. The "Alpsteinpanorama" flat lives up to its name: the bird's-eye view is unique and there are many beautiful places to linger here on two floors with 150 m2 of living space. The 45 m2 living room with central fireplace is connected to the modern kitchen with cooking island and bar by sliding doors. Two bedrooms and a small, open tower room under the roof showcase impressive carpentry from times gone by. One bedroom can also be converted into an ideal retreat or separate TV room in just a few simple steps. The well-insulated but natural building fabric and the generous furnishings are of a very high technical and aesthetic standard, with modern communication and a built-in projection projector in the spacious living room. This special location, often combined with catering from the guesthouse, is therefore often used for smaller seminars and meetings,The central location in the Appenzeller Vorderland is ideal for exploring the Alpstein region, the nearby Lake Constance region and the extremely attractive city of St.Gallen.The flat offers plenty of space for two to five people. The two cosy "roof niche sleeping areas" are popular with children, so that up to seven people can also enjoy the flat. - And if you don't feel like cooking, you can treat yourself in the cosy "Dorf5" restaurant.
