Apartment "Blütezeit"- Ferienhof Gräfe restored 3-sided farm with pool & sauna

Our lovingly restored former farmhouse is located in a quiet setting in the Zaschendorf district of Meissen. It’s just 25 km from the cultural hub of Dresden and 3 km from Meissen’s Old Town. No matter the season, you can experience nature at its best here. Enjoy our large farm garden to relax surrounded by greenery—by the pool in summer or in the garden sauna in winter. In no time at all, you’ll forget your everyday worries and switch into relaxation mode. Our 5 modern, well-equipped holiday apartments are also ideal for family gatherings. The little ones can enjoy their own playground and sandpit, and our animals are looking forward to some petting!

And brand-new for our guests: a solar-powered charging station for electric cars (Wallbox) right here at our Gräfe holiday farm in Meissen!

The “Blütezeit” apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2022. It’s furnished with great attention to detail and, with about 110 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 8 people (designed for up to 4 adults and 4 children—it gets very “cosy” with 8 adults :-).
In the large, light-filled living room, a cosy couch invites you to relax, and the large dining table with natural wood edges is ideal for game nights or simply sitting together comfortably over a glass of wine. You can also step directly out onto the balcony from the living room and enjoy the beautiful view of the greenery.

You’ll also find a large, well-equipped kitchen in a modern country-style design. It features an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher. And since, as we all know, the best parties happen in the kitchen, there’s also a dining table here with four chairs.

The upper floor features three bedrooms and a small bathroom with a toilet. In addition to the double bed, the master bedroom has a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two children, as well as a flat-screen TV.

In the summer, our guests can relax by the pool and enjoy the view of the colourful cottage garden from the cosy outdoor seating area.

Parking is available directly on or in front of our property. Shopping options are within a 5-minute drive. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire holiday rental.

Please note that the city of Meissen charges a visitor’s tax of €1.50 per night per guest (payable on site).
