Ferienhaus Biesenthal

Wir, 4 Erwachsene haben ein Fereinhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern für 1 Woche gebucht. Es war nicht sofort herauszulesen, dass 1 Schlafzimmer der angepriesene Zirkuswagen ist. Das ganze Haus, auch das Gelände machen einen ungepflegten, schmutzigen Eindruck. Die Räume, vorallem das Bad wurden von uns als erstes geputzt. Allerdings waren außer Besen nichts an Putzmitteln vorhanden. Eine Woche bei 4 Personen ohne putzen? Im Bad stand der benutzte Mülleimer vom Vormieter ungeleert. Die Begründung des Vermieters vor Ort, wir wären ältere Mieter und er hätte uns ein anderes Haus, was kurzfristig fei geworden ist, anbieten können, hat nichts mit Unsauberkeit und Ungepflegtheit zu tun. Ein wackeliges Geländer in den Zirkuswagen, unser 4 Zimmer, ein nicht benutzbares aber angepriesenes Atelier (voller Müll), - 2 Beispiele. Eine Rezesssion von vor 11 Monaten - ähnlichen Inhalts haben wir leider zu spät gelesen. Ein Schild einer Immobilienfirma, die das Objekt verkaufen will, läßt die Schlußfolgerung zu, dass mit der Ferienhausvermietung schnell noch Geld gemacht werden soll.
