The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. A cot and a high chair are available on request and for an extra fee.



The holiday home has 2 private terraces where you can relax in the evening, one of which is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and parasols. There is also an ancient private cave on the property. Just 20 metres from the house you will find a supermarket, a playground, and a bar. The property is 800 metres from the sea and 100 metres from the city centre, where you will find bars, restaurants, and other services. Nearby there is also a nightclub, a self-service laundry at 500 metres, and a bus stop at 50 metres that takes you to the beach.



The covered garage is accessible via a rather steep slope, which may be inconvenient for inexperienced drivers. You can park for free on the street. Pets are not allowed. The kitchen must be left clean before check-out. There is an electric vehicle charging station near the property. A storage room for motorbikes and bicycles is also available. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site. The garage is available for an extra fee.



The deposit will be refunded 15 days after check-out, subject to an inspection for possible damages.
