Holiday Apartment No. 02 in the Residenz Seestern complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment has been completely renovated: the hardwood floors have been refinished, it features a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a ceramic cooktop, the bathroom has been remodeled, pleated blinds have been installed, and the apartment has been repainted and refurnished. All renovation work was completed in March 2024.

Located on the ground floor and measuring approximately 45 m², the holiday apartment features a south-west-facing terrace, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It is only about 100 m from the beach.

The modern living room has hardwood floors. A comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) provides two additional sleeping spots. On rainy days, the flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.

The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bedroom floor is also covered with hardwood flooring. The windows can be blacked out. A second TV is also available here.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A cosy dining area is integrated into the living area. There is a tiled shower room.

The Residenz Seestern holiday complex is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool. The pool is closed in early January for maintenance and reopens in the last week of January. You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the ground floor of Residenz Seestern. Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment. Furthermore, this is a non-smoking apartment.

The complex features an lift and an underground car park (entrance height: 1.95 m). Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (for shared use) are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Modern and centrally located, the four apartment buildings of the Residenz Seestern are situated right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is 100 metres away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.
All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and Sky TV.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 1.95 metres).


Holiday apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your holiday rental by lift (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground car park or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every holiday rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandpit, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, Residenz Seestern offers a wellness area in Building 1, where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the wellness area at Residenz Seestern will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground car park.

Next to the underground car park, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground car park are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
