The Bergsigt Apartments are located in the Berghof apartment complex, which stands at an elevation of approximately 900 m, right next to the ski slope in winter and the beautiful hiking trail in summer.
On the fourth and top floor, there are three apartments: Brennerseite, Nordseite, and Südseite. These are located directly across from each other, which is ideal if you’re renting multiple units. The apartments have two floors—a living area and a sleeping area—and are non-smoking.
On the first floor is the Valley-Facing Apartment, a fully renovated studio that sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the north side of the building and offers a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser.

This apartment has a phenomenal view of the Hartkaiser and the ski slope. Balcony, living room, TV, dining area, and kitchen with Nespresso machine, 4-burner stove, and oven. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Sleeps 2 in the loft (180x200), with a sink. The second bedroom has two double beds (160x200), one of which is accessible via a staircase.



On-site costs: Pets are not allowed! A security deposit of 250 euros is required for each reservation, to be paid along with the rent and local tax. The security deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided that the apartment is left in the agreed-upon condition.
