Million Dollar View!

This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Walchen chalet

Property was wonderful!!! Ina the host was very communicative, had everything we needed to cook meals, property very clean, tons of space for our party of 10, close proximity to all the ski resorts 10 minute drive. Gorgeous mountain View’s from every room and patio! We did not use the ski shuttle but did rent equipment from ski and board Entlietner in Piesendorf that Ina recommended. Very easy, nice people and great price. I highly recommend Ina’s Chalet! We traveled here from Florida USA and the rest from Poland.

Die Gastgeberin Ina war sehr gut erreichbar, zuverlässig und hat alle Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus entsprach in der Realität den Erwartungen, die Fotos wurden übertroffen. Der Eingangsbereich ist ideal für den Skiurlaub und bietet Platz für Skier sowie einen Skischuhwärmer. Alle Zimmer sind gemütlich.Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein großer Flur und ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im ersten Obergeschoss liegt der Wohnbereich mit Kaminplatz, einem großen Esstisch und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche war für unsere Gruppe (8 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) perfekt ausgestattet. Die Terrasse konnte wegen des Schnees nicht genutzt werden. Die Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem WC und Dusche, waren sehr gut. Die Fußbodenheizung ist top.

Unterkunft super, aber eine böse Überraschung im Vorfeld des Urlaubs...

Leider verlief die gesamte Buchung über FeWo sehr holprig: Ca. 5 (!) Monate nach unserer Buchung bekamen wir eine Mail von der Vermieterin, es habe einen Preisfehler über die Website gegeben, das Haus hätte ursprünglich für den mehr als doppelten Preis inseriert werden sollen (statt 310/Nacht nun 650/Nacht). Das nette „Entgegenkommen“ der Vermieterin waren 50 Rabatt pro Nacht. Nach längerem Schriftverkehr und anwaltlicher Beratung konnte man sich dann zumindest halbwegs in der Mitte einigen. Der Buchungs-Prozess sowie die Kommunikation sind in unseren Augen aber mehr als fragwürdig, dazu kommen die sehr schwammig formulierten AGB und Nutzungsbedingungen von FeWo Direkt. Hier sollte man sich also besser zweimal vertraglich zusichern lassen, dass der vereinbarte Preis auch tatsächlich gilt!Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt, geräumig und gut gelegen. Die Anfahrt verlief problemlos, es gibt 3-4 Autostellplätze direkt am Haus. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet, die 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern ebenfalls. In zwei Schlafzimmern waren die Kinder-Stockbetten leider nicht frisch bezogen - haben wir glücklicherweise nicht benötigt, trotzdem ärgerlich, dass sowas vergessen wird.Super Haus, man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen und problemlos mit 4 Parteien den Urlaub genießen. Der gesamte Ablauf der Buchung ist aber weiterhin ein sehr fader Beigeschmack, sodass wir uns für den nächsten Urlaub leider woanders umsehen werden.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Chalet verbracht. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einer heimeligen Atmosphäre und liebevollen Details empfangen, die uns sofort wohlfühlen ließen. Alles war makellos, von den bequemen Möbeln bis hin zur tadellosen Sauberkeit. Es ist an alles gedacht, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlt: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, äußerst bequeme Betten und sogar Spiele für die Kinder. Das Chalet verfügt über alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt mit der Familie oder Freunden braucht. Der Empfang war ausgezeichnet, und Frau Thieme war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und reagierte schnell. Sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, um die Region zu erkunden. Nochmals vielen Dank für diese wundervollen Momente!

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir sind mit 2 Familien für 8 Nächte vor Ort zum Skifahren gewesen. Kinder im Alter von 8-15 Jahren. Insgesamt waren wir 8 Personen. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders schön ist die gemütliche Fernseh-Kamin-Ecke mit zwei großen Sofas. In der sehr großen Küche mit Esstisch haben alle Platz. Für die Kids gab es sogar noch eine separate Fernsehecke. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle im Obergeschoss und sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes, modernes Badezimmer. Das Haus liegt am Hang und dadurch hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Tatsächlich ist das Haus um ein vielfaches schöner, als es im Inserat auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Das Skigebiet Schmittenhöhe erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Ein sehr schönes Skigebiet mit sehr netter Skischule für die Kids. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war einwandfrei und sehr herzlich. Wir würden jedes Mal wiederkommen!

Wunderschönes Wochenende

Wir haben ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende mit den Freunden in diesem sehr schönem Haus verbracht. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist sehr bequem, sehr gut, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super schöne Umgebung von Bergen und Feldern lädt zu den Wanderungen und Spaziergängen ein. Die Lage ist ruhig aber auch mit einer guten Anbindung zu den möglichen Aktivitäten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermitter (Ina) war sehr unkompliziert und super freundlich. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Super schönes Chalet, ruhig gelegen

Das Chalet ist super schön gelegen und bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene in 4 separaten Schlafzimmern. Das Objekt war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolles Ambiete für eine Gruppe oder große Familie

Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Im mehr als großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich kann man sich gut auch mal aus dem Wege gehen, da es mehrere Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und Chillen gibt. Vom Chalet aus kann man alle drei Skigebiete gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Reizende Gastgeberin mit stets freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Kontakt. Volle Punktzahl - und gern wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Enkeln

Tolle FeWo mit schönen Zimmern, jedes mit Bad. Alles, was man in einer FeWo braucht ist vorhanden. Super Aussicht. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappt sehr gut. Es wurden sogar Kinderbetten und Kinderstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Schön wäre noch, wenn die vorhandene Sauna und der Wirlpool für Gäste nutzbar wären. Zum Skifahren muss man ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto fahren.
