You are only required to keep the rooftop terrace clear of snow yourself if you use it. <br>The hot tub may be used outside of the legally mandated quiet hours. Noise levels are monitored. The hot tub is in operation year-round.<br>The villa is automatically cooled in the summer via the underfloor heating system. <br>A large cantilever umbrella is available on the rooftop terrace to provide shade. <br>In this plus-energy house, a ventilation system ensures an optimal indoor climate, and the permanently installed battery storage system guarantees an emergency power supply in the worst-case scenario. <br>Almost every room is equipped with LAN jacks, and Wi-Fi is available with optimal bandwidth in all rooms. <br>All free channels from Germany are available via satellite TV. For your own streaming services, you can connect to the home theatre receiver via Bluetooth, AUX, or 4 different HDMI inputs; please bring a laptop for this (HDMI cables are provided on-site).
