Relax in the shade of the cherry trees...

We offer you a bright and welcoming place to stay with a well-equipped open kitchen in the dining and living area and a cosy sitting area. A pod coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, and a two-burner stove are included. In the separate bedroom, which features a French double bed (140 x 200 cm), you can also set up the provided travel cot. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is available in the bungalow.

You can relax wonderfully on the spacious south-facing terrace, which is partially covered and furnished with beautiful patio furniture and a grill. Sun loungers are available for you in the enclosed garden area.

Of course, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are available. You also have free access to parking spaces and a bike storage room with lockable bike racks, charging stations for e-bikes, and a small DIY repair corner.

Towels and bed linens (linens package) can be added to your reservation for a small fee.

The bungalow was completely renovated in 2022.

Pets up to 60 cm in shoulder height are allowed (add-on required). Please be sure to contact us regarding bringing pets before your arrival.

Note regarding holidays with dogs:
- No breeds on the banned list are permitted
- Max. 1 dog; the dog must be well-socialized, as the landlord may bring the dog onto the property while it is off-leash
- Leash required
- Dog height limited to 0.60 m
- Dogs must be declared at the time of booking
- Accommodation is subject to a fee
- Amenities: Water bowl, towels, and a place to clean your dog’s paws are provided
- Meadows and the lake are within walking distance—the property is fenced, and the garden is available for use



Cycling, swimming, and day trips to Dresden, Berlin, or the unique Spreewald—experience your own personalised and relaxing holiday in the Lusatian Lake District.
The swimming beach at Sedlitzer Lake is about 250 m from your accommodation. Camping and parking spaces are available upon request.
Here, you’ll spend your holiday on a four-sided farmstead with historic architecture and enjoy unobstructed views of the Lusatian countryside with its forests, meadows, and fields.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the units.
You can relax wonderfully on the respective south-facing terraces, some of which are covered and equipped with beautiful patio furniture and a grill (not in the Tiny Houses). Sun loungers are available for you in the respective garden areas.

You can also book the YANNIC and FLORIS Tiny Houses on short notice and for just one night. Showers and bathrooms for these stays are located in the shared
bathroom area (approx. 20 m away), and you can prepare food you’ve brought with you in the small shared kitchen (microwave only).

Molly, a young, very friendly mixed-breed dog (who roams freely), lives on the property and is very well socialised.<
