Beautiful, comfortable 2-family house "Maddy". 2 houses in the residence. In the resort Costa Paradiso, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 1.2 km from the sea. Private: garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 750 m, bar 650 m, bus stop 8 km, ferry "Porto Torres" 75 km, sandy beach "Li Cossi" 1.8 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 18 km, Aquafantasy 16 km, Vignola mare 20 km, Baya 1.2 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The terrace has an height of 1 meters high and has no hadn rail.
3-room villa 70 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 double bedroom. Nice and comfortable house

We spend a really nice week in this very nice house. Enjoying the great view and the good infrastructure, namely restaurants and Supermarkets. Also the walk to the sea was quite OK. Only the feeling, there is somebody who takes really care about his guests could be better. Toilet paper, sun umbrella, in general to cover the first and general needs of each guest ( toilet paper, parasol, etc. ) we have missed.

Via het sleutelkastje ging het inchecken prima!De keuken is goed uitgerust maar heeft een goede schoonmaak en selectie nodig. Oude kapotte spullen staat naast nieuwe. In eerdere review las ik al dat er geen cups verkrijgbaar zijn voor het uno koffieapparaat. Een waterkoker ontbreekt. De buitenruimte is geweldig.

Belle vue

La vue est splendide et la terrasse parfaite.Le personnel a été très réactif car nous avons eu des petits soucis technique mais rien de grave.Peut être un parasol serait appréciable sur la terrasse surtout en plein été.

Wundervolle Aussicht, aber in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Ausblick traumhaft, Außenbereich gepflegt, Bäder in Ordnung und sauber.Das Haus hatte leider einen Wasserschaden, so dass es feucht ist und total muffig riecht - trotz Lüftung. Für die Küche gilt: Weniger ist mehr. Die Schränke und der Backofen sind vollgestellt mit einem Sammelsurium an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Mehr als drei Weingläser ( Geschirrspülmaschine!) wären sinnvoller, als drei verschiedene Korkenzieher.

Wunderschönes Haus in angenehmen Ort

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen - ruhig, toller Blick auf das Meer, man kann auch zu Fuss einkaufen und runter an den Strand gehen. Die verschiedenen kleinen Terrassen haben es erlaubt, immer Schatten und Luftzug hinterherzuziehen. Trotz Hitzewelle (07/23) war die Klimaanlage oft nicht nötig, es zog nachts gut durch. Als es dann zu heiß wurde, sind wir auch viel auf der Terrasse geblieben - da war es besser als am Strand. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Ort aus kann man gut den Norden entdecken.
