So this property is very clearly new to being rented, as it lacked many standard amenities. That being said there were good things about the rental! Pros: -Location was fantastic -Price was great-It was super clean-AC was on when we arrived and worked during the heatwave Cons: -the unit was not listed on the check in process and the lock box is on the opposite side of the building as the door you need to get into… it took 20 mins trying to get in after our long flight. More clarity needed for check in. -Broken oven, I scratched myself, I worry if I kid were to be around they would get hurt. -no microwave, and with a broken oven, we chose not to use the kitchen to cook… -Only 2 bath towels for a sleeps 4 rental, no hand towels in the bathroom. -no coffee table -no body mirrors -lights were not attached to switches in bedrooms-no tv in any room -hallway to the unit filled with dozens of shoes-no art or styling and none of the furniture goes together (not a huge deal… but noticeable)-strange quirks like you can’t open the fridge all the way because there was a beam in the way-I didnt see a fire extinguisher or carbon monoxide detector… unit is NOT child safe regardless Overall, it felt like this was a half finished rental. Like, half renovated. Unfinished ceilings…and half decorated/furnished. There was much left to desire but the location, price and cleanliness really helped make it worth it.
