DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PROPERTY. It may look clean and “luxurious” in the pictures, but our experience was completely different. Upon arrival, the host told us the room we had booked was suddenly unavailable and offered us a basement room for an EXTRA $70. We were exhausted and didn’t have the time or extra money to find another place, so we agreed. After leaving our things and going out to eat, the host called us twice asking how long we would be out and saying he had a “SURPRISE” for us. When we returned, he suddenly offered us the “luxury” room we had originally expected, at no additional cost, because apparently someone else wanted the basement. Very strange and uncomfortable experience. The apartment looked okay at first, but one of the bedsheets had a horrible underarm/body-odor smell, and there were no towels. And now, to top it all off, the host is requesting $170 from us for allegedly damaging a drawer — A DRAWER WE DIDN’T EVEN USE! Based on our experience, I would absolutely not stay here again. Take pictures and videos of EVERYTHING when you arrive and before you leave, because you may later be blamed for damage you did not cause.
