On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the countryside. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Nearby attractions: Altstadt 4 km, Freizeitzentrum Axams 5.3 km, Einkaufszentrum Cyta 2.1 km, Alpenzoo Innsbruck 5.8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 14 km, Patscherkofel 10 km, Mutterer Alm 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lanser See 10 km, Natterer See 11 km. Awsome Holiday

The house and location were perfect, nice and cool when hot outside. The owners of the property should be very proud of what they have. It was very clean and tidy with all amenities to hand. Would use it again in a heart beat. Also very well managed with no complications.

De Vogelhutte is een bijzondere en karakteristieke plek. Er is alle ruimte en het omgevingsgeluid gaf geen overlast. De Welcome Card is geweldig: met het gratis openbaar vervoer ben je zo in Innsbruck en maar liefst vier kabelbanen kun je gratis gebruiken (en dat hebben we ook gedaan). We hebben er met plezier een week verbleven. Je moet wel tegen een vol huis kunnen en niet allergisch zijn voor stof. Het kostte enige tijd om alles te vinden (en we weten niet zeker of dat gelukt is…). Buiten zitten was in verband met de vele wespen eigenlijk niet mogelijk. Dat was jammer.

location située à 50 mètres d 'une voie ferrée et 70 mètres d'une autoroute (non précisé dans l 'annonce)impossible d'y vivre les fenêtres ouvertes .1 lit en très mauvais état personne sur place pour remplacer la propriétaire absente . Très déçus!

Es ist ein supertolles, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus an dem es an nichts fehlt. Wenn da nur nicht der Flug-Zug und Autobahn Verkehr wär😔
