You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, closet and guest toilet, as well as a generous living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The property provides free fiber optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room.
