This modern and cosy apartment is located on the upper floor and sleeps 4 people. You’ll reach the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The open-concept living area features a comfortable TV nook with a pellet stove (heating source), a cosy dining area, and a fully equipped, brand-new kitchen. Adjacent to the living area are two bedrooms and the bathroom with a shower. A TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, as well as Wi-Fi, are also available. A door in the living room leads to the southwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing. Step outside the front door to find a lawn where you can relax. There is an ample supply of fresh towels and bed linens.

The holiday rental is located in a holiday home that comprises two separate units. The holiday rental on the lower level, which offers one bedroom, can also be booked through the portal. This gives you the opportunity to holiday with your entire family or with friends.

From the holiday rental, you can quickly reach numerous hiking and biking trails, and winter sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy in the nearby ski resorts (Lachtal, Kreischberg). Quaint mountain huts invite you to linger. Racing fans can reach the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg within a 20-minute drive. Lake Wörthersee, the beautiful city of Klagenfurt, and the provincial capital of Graz are about a 60-minute drive away. Vienna is also an ideal destination for a day trip.
The Aqualux Therme and the public swimming pools in Fohnsdorf and Judenburg are just a 15-minute drive away. A beautifully landscaped natural swimming pond is just a short drive away in Pöls. Supermarkets and other shopping options can also be found in nearby Pöls, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
