Top Lage, aber leider mit Mängeln

Die Wohnung liegt ideal – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, mit Geschäften und Spielplatz in der Nähe. Sie ist groß, aber die Möbel sind stark abgenutzt und teilweise beschädigt. Die Sauberkeit war unzureichend: verschmutzte Böden, verstaubte Möbel und verschimmelte Fugen im Bad. Der einzige Stromkreis führte zu täglichen Sicherungsausfällen. Positiv war die reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe.
