Renovated in 2020, 5½-room (106m2) apartment on the 1st floor, distributed over two floors. 1st floor: Semi-open kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, oven, dishwasher, Chicco d'Oro coffee machine and large hatch to the dining table. Living/dining room with large dining table, sofa and balcony. A bedroom/TV room with double bed, sofa, smart TV (please bring your own Netflix and Amazon login details) and en-suite bathroom. One guest WC.
2nd floor: Two double bedrooms, one with balcony and one bedroom with bunk bed. One bathroom.
Two garage parking spaces. Communal laundry room. Private ski storage room and ski boot dryer.
Please note: from around mid-July, boreholes will be drilled in the neighbourhood. This will lead to noise emissions from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The work will take approx. 10 weeks. A construction site discount has therefore been deducted from the regular rental price.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Chesa Crasta is located at the entrance to the Roseg Valley and close to the cross-country ski run and public transport. The village centre with swimming pool, restaurants, shops and galleries is about 1km away.

Die helle und moderne Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der "Skiraum" ist wertvoll.
Die Garagen waren für unsere beiden PW`s gerade gross genug. Für grössere Autos sind sie nicht gedacht.
Die Wohnung ist grosszügig mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgerüstet und war sehr sauber..

Buchung wurde dann unkompliziert telefonisch abgeschlossen.
Schlüsselübergabe, Erklärungen zur Wohnung und zur Anfahrt waren einwandfrei. Alles bestens geklappt.
Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick auf Pontresina. Bestens geeignet für unsere 7 köpfige Familie.
