Very nice appartment!

Clean, easy to reach, parking directly on the terrain. Great appartment, very clean, new equipment, fully equipped kitchen. A lot of empty closet space to organize clothing etcetera. We were here with a family of four, really nice stay.

Sehr netter Empfang von der Vermieterin. Richtige Wohnungsübergabe und Erklärung aller Besonderheiten in der Wohnung.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr schön eingerichtet und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Auch die Raumaufteilung ist klasse.Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert

Nette Vermieter, leider etwas laut

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und auch die Vermieterin sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir haben die Wohnung für ein Festivalbesuch am Hockenheimring gemietet und waren nur zum Schlafen da. Leider liegt das eine Schlafzimmer direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Der Verkehrslärm war selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster recht laut, mit Ohrstöpseln ging es dann. An Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt und dass wir nach durchfeierter Nacht am Abreisetag bis Mittag in der Wohnung bleiben durften war sehr freundlich und wir waren dankbar dafür. Wir würden die Wohnung für evtl. weitere Besuche in der Gegend wieder buchen.

Tolle große Ferienwohnung

Wir waren von Donnerstag bis Sonntag in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für Familien mit mehreren Kindern gut geeignet. Wir wurden höflich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich zentrumsnah gelegen. Es sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Gern kommen wir wir wieder.

Eine saubere und geräumige Wohnung in einer schönen Umgebung, nicht weit von Heidelberg und Mannheim entfernt, mit sehr guten Gastgebern.

Wohnung befindet sich leider an einer lauten Durchfahrtsstraße

Es gibt mehrere Schlafzimmer. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Schlafzimmer lag bzw. liegt an einer Straße, die zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr von LKWs, Bussen, vielen PKWs und Trecker befahren wurde. Trotz des geschlossenen Fensters hörte man den Verkehrslärm. 38 Treppenstufen (einschließlich Außentreppenstufen)bis zur Wohnung nussten gestiegen werden. Zum Schluss wurde noch vor dem Haus eine Baustelle eingerichtet. Wer trotz des Straßenlärms schlafen kann und mit Leichtigkeit sein Gepäck 38 Treppenstufen in die Wohnung tragen kann, der kann in der sehr sauberen Wohnung seinen Urlaub verbringen.

Freundliche Gastgeber, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Herr und Frau Bentz haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Heidelberg, Weinheim, Trumm-Turm sowie für Wanderungen in der Umgebung benutzt und das hat uns gut gefallen.

Ausflug Heidelberg

Hallo, bei unserer Suche nach einer Unterkunft/Hotel für 3 Personen und einem 1 jährigen Kind, stellten wir schnell fest, dass es für uns preislich nur schwer möglich war diese auch zu finden. So mussten Alternativen her und bin dann hier auf diese Seite und der Wohnung von Frau und Herrn Benz gestoßen. Super Lage, sehr nette Menschen und eine sehr angenehme, saubere und schön aufgeteilte Unterkunft für Ferien, Urlaub und Ausflüge in der Region mit Familie und Kinder. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Weihnachtsurlaub 2023

Den Aufenthalt bei Familie Benz habe ich sehr genossen! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, haben mich mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingefahren am Abreisetag. Auch zum Einkaufen hat mich Herr Benz mit dem Auto hingefahren. SUPER NETT!!! Die Wohnung war sehr schön sauber und ruhig, so konnte ich mich schön erholen. Würde gerne nochmal kommen. :_D Grüß, Marina
