The apartment includes a terrace and a garden for shared use. No events, parties, or celebrations allowed!

The accommodation measures 95 square metres and is spread over 2 floors. The kitchen, guest bathroom, living room, and terrace are located on the ground floor. On the ground floor is the large bathroom with a rain shower, a bedroom (double bed 180x200) with a walk-in closet, a storage room, and another room (with a pull-out sofa bed and a cot). The apartment has underfloor heating. The apartment has a garden (swing, jungle gym + slide, trampoline) that guests are also welcome to use.
