About this property

Holiday Home "La Colline aux Oiseaux" with Terraces & Wi-Fi

We welcome you to an independent holiday home with terraces surrounded by nature. Our house, "La Colline aux Oiseaux," is located in Alsace, in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, a UNESCO biosphere reserve bordering the Palatinate.



The property features 50 ares of flower-filled gardens and beautiful trees. A secure, enclosed area near the house is available for your dog, who is welcome for an extra fee. Enjoy lunch on the terrace under a grapevine and watch the many birds.



The 75 m² house, perfect for 4 guests or a family, includes a living room, a WC, and a kitchen renovated in 2022 with a dishwasher. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and WC (renovated in March 2026). All linen is provided and beds are made on arrival. A washing machine is available.



Free extras include an open fireplace (wood supplied), high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, TV (German and English channels), and hiking maps.



This is an ideal starting point, with La Petite Pierre nearby, for hiking or mountain biking, with many exceptional sandstone sites. You can also visit Wingen, Strasbourg, Saverne, and Sarreguemines.



There is no air conditioning, but the house stays cool in summer and is heated if needed. You can park your car in a private parking space or in a garage.

Lovely house with beautiful view and garden

Pros: We had a great stay at Didier and Isabel’s house. In the middle of nature with a huge garden. The house head everything we needed and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back again! Cons: Nothing.

Dans cette jolie maison typiquement Alsacienne dans son cadre de verdure bien clôturé et avec vue et bruits d oiseaux de la nature. Tous et disponible et pratique pour être au calme ou réuni autour d'un repas en famille même notre chien a profité de l évasion. Un vrai bonheur.

Een geweldig vakantiehuis!

Dit huis scoort op alle punten: de ligging aan de rand van het dorp Tieffenbach, de volledige en handzame inrichting, de geweldige privacyrijke tuin met meerdere terrassen, het heerlijke uitzicht, de prima snelle wifi, de pittoreske treinverbinding van Tieffenbach met Straatsburg en last but not least: de zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en -heer, die ons met een fles wijn, een pot zelfgemaakte jam en een feestbrood verwelkomden en ons van veel bruikbare toeristeninfo voorzagen. Een dikke tien!
