We hope you’ll feel right at home here. From our house, you can reach the shopping street in the village centre, all the parks, the “Treppenviertel” area, and the Elbe River on foot in just a few minutes.<br>The beach, with its ferry terminal and two sailing clubs, as well as several beautiful parks, are perfect for relaxing walks.<br><br>Dear guests of HappyMoments,<br>We’d like to let you know that you’re also welcome to pick up your key card for your holiday apartment from our team at our restaurant, Rio Grande Blankenese, located at Dockenhudener Straße 2 in 22587 Hamburg.As a small welcome gift, we invite you to enjoy a refreshing drink of your choice, courtesy of our restaurant.<br>Dear HappyMoments guests,<br><br>By booking the holiday rental, you agree to the following house rules.<br>House Rules/Terms and Conditions for the Holiday Rental <br> Our holiday rental is a non-smoking property.<br>We therefore ask that you DO NOT smoke inside the apartment. Thank you very much.<br>Please let us know your estimated arrival time if it differs from the specified arrival times. The key card will be handed over by individual arrangement.<br> We provide bed linens for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the sheets before your departure. <br>Please return used dishes to the cabinets clean and dry; there is no need to strip the beds.<br>Before you leave, please simply pile all used towels on the floor.<br>Bathroom.<br>To prevent limescale buildup, please wipe down the tiles and glass in the shower after showering.<br>Leave the window open—and, if possible, the door as well—to air out the room.<br>Do not throw or pour any hygiene products, trash, food scraps, harmful liquids, grease, or similar items into the shower or toilet, as this can cause unpleasant clogs. Please use the facilities provided.<br>Damage<br>No one intentionally damages property, but accidents can happen to anyone. If this should occur, we ask that you report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it during the final cleaning after your departure.<br>The guest is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement.<br>Bedding<br>Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of final cleaning is included in the total price. It is calculated based on a standard cleaning service. If you’d like an additional cleaning, please let us know!<br> Hair dryer<br>We provide a hair dryer for the duration of your stay. You’ll find it in the cabinet under the sink.<br>Liability<br>The landlord is not liable for the guest(s)’ valuables.<br>Towels<br>We provide towels for the duration of your stay. You will find additional towels in the cabinet under the sink.<br>Please simply leave the used towels on the floor before departure. First-aid kit<br>A small first-aid kit is available in case of an emergency; you will find it in the cabinet under the sink. However, we hope you won’t need it.<br>Landlord’s Rights<br>Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday rental without the guest’s knowledge.<br>Pets<br>Pets are allowed in the apartment.<br>Internet/Wi-Fi<br>Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available in the holiday rental. The<br>access code is provided in the holiday rental.<br>Cot/High Chair<br>Upon request, we will provide you with a travel cot, including bedding, and/or a high chair free of charge. Please simply let us know what you need when you book.<br>Kitchen<br>The kitchen has been completely renovated. Please treat the kitchen furnishings and appliances with care. Please return dishes to the cabinets only when they are dry and clean. The same applies to cutlery, pots, and appliances you have used.
