The old 18th-century barn was lovingly restored in 2022 to blend modern features with traditional style. The property was rebuilt to the latest standards by the family themselves.
The property features 2 parking spaces, 1 electric charging station, and a sun terrace right in front of the house. The garden is completely fenced in, providing plenty of space for your dogs to run freely.

The Seute Deern semi-detached house is an 18th-century stable building converted in a modern style and offers plenty of comfort for up to 8 people. In addition to underfloor heating, the house features tile and laminate flooring

Ground floor:
- Living/dining area with open kitchen, including microwave, dishwasher, large counter, satellite TV with Netflix, and DVD player
- Bedroom (1 double bed); bedding available for an additional fee, 2 nightstands, closet
- Entryway
- Guest bathroom

Covered terrace:
- Seating, grill

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed), linens available for an additional fee
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds), linens available for an additional fee
- Bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet; towels available for an additional fee.

Loft:
- A staircase leads up to the open loft, which is furnished with 2 sleeper chairs.

There are two parking spaces right next to the house. We offer bicycle storage in a separate room. Wi-Fi is available. Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee. Final cleaning is included in the total price. A maximum of 3 dogs are welcome. The fee is 10.00 euros per dog per night. The garden is completely fenced in, providing an ideal space for your dogs to run freely.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
