Supermarket, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach "Emmerauenpark" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, lake Schiedersee 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km, minigolf 3 km, riding stable 3 km. Hiking paths: ab ca. 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 80 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony 12 m2. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Ruime, nette vakantiewoning, in doodlopende straat, met uitzicht op de heuvels waar we zowel 's ochtends als 's avonds reeën zagen. We voelden ons erg welkom door de drankjes in de koelkast, de snoepjes op tafel en de verse tulpen op tafel. Fijne douche.

Goldener Oktober in Lügde

Eine wundervolle Ferienwoche bei schönstem Herbstwetter mit zwei Schulkindern (6 und 7), Mama und Großmutter bei sehr netten Gastgebern in einer geräumigen Ferienwohnung in einer der wahrscheinlich ruhigsten Ecken von Lügde!

Haus zum entschleunigen

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Verfügt aber über einen Treppenlift. Somit kommen auch bewegungseingeschränkte Personen nach oben. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ist die FeWo optimal. Und ist ein ausgezeichneter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Bad Pyrmont, Höxter oder Hameln sind schnell erreicht.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht, die mit einer netten Begrüßung begannen. Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den dazugehörigen Bildern. Alles ist in einem guten, wenn nicht gar sehr guten Zustand. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett. Hier sind die besten Urlaubsvoraussetzungen gegeben, sodass wir hier eine 100%ige Empfehlung geben können.

Schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir haben die 5 Tagen genossen. Sehr nette Begrüßung und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Küche und Badezimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die schöne Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eigenen Parkplatz. Wir haben unseren kleinen Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie.
