Excellent location for exploring this part of Germany

This was a lovely property to stay in, with many useful and helpful features such as a well equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. We particularly liked the balcony, which when the weather was good was an excellent place to relax or eat. The birdlife was also wonderful (including a Red Kite and a woodpecker!) from the house. We enjoyed day trips from the house, and particularly visits to the "beach" at Selenter, for the Selenter lake. We were able to relax at the house very well, though we must warn future visitors that the 1000 piece jigsaw of the cottage and the river has a piece missing.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit sonniger Dachterrasse

Wir waren zu zweit ein langes Wochenende in Lütjenburg und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse, auf der man ab dem Vormittag Sonne satt und einen schönen Blick in den Garten hat. Wir hatten riesiges Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten viel Zeit dort verbringen. Auch ohne Auto klappt es hier sehr gut. Einen Tag sind wir mit dem Bus zur Ostsee gefahren und haben die Meeresbrise genossen. Ein besonderer Tipp in Lütjenburg: Das Café zur Bäckergrube. Dort gibt es fantastisches Frühstück und sehr guten Kuchen. Mit viel Liebe gemacht und herzlich serviert. Eine sonnige Terrasse gibt es auch! Und einige vegane Alternativen, sehr schön. Wir können die Wohnung zum Ausspannen und Natur genießen sehr empfehlen. Für einen langen Leseabend wäre eine helle Leselampe noch eine gute Ergänzung für die insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung 🙂
