The white powdery sand of the beach and the inviting gulf water are just steps away.

So many things to see, do, eat, and drink in this magnificent Alabama coastal area where condos oftentimes cost in the millions of dollars.

The property

An incredible resort right on the white powdery sand and emerald green water of the Gulf. This has become one of the country's most desirable vacation destinations. And this resort is one of the best of all.

-Fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen with full size appliances

-Dining table with four chairs

-Washer and dryer in its own closet in the main bathroom

-Deck/Patio with table and four chairs

You will be able to access 2 pools, a fitness center, and a beautiful 1 BR, 1 1/2 unit with incredible panoramic beach and gulf views from unit windows and the balcony.

Other details to note

Parking in a spacious lot on the street side of the property. Numerous carts to load and unload your stuff as you make your way to and from your condo.

The specific seven night block that I have available is June 28 thru July 5, or days within that 7 night week. Update: The remaining days available are June 28 through July 2.

The units in this resort can be hotel units or individual weeks owned by timeshare owners. All of the units have the same exact layout and are immaculately cleaned by the same housekeeping staff.

Check-in is "contactless" and is accomplished by a code that you will be provided when the unit is 100% ready (hopefully before the official check-in time of 4 om).

If you were to use a non-VRBO booking site, you could reasonably be expected to pay at least a hundred dollars more per night. No kidding. Search on another booking site for Palm Beach in Orange Beach and see for yourself.

Last point: even if you arrive before check-in at 4 PM, you may use the resort's facilities at the earliest time of the morning. Enjoy the parking, the pool, of course the beach, and change in the bathrooms near the two pools. And on check-out day, feel free to continue using the facilities until whatever time.
