At our farm, a family holiday is both an adventure and a chance to relax. But there’s also plenty to do in the immediate and wider surroundings of our holiday farm. Thanks to our unique location in the southern Bavarian Forest, right on the border with Upper Austria’s Mühlviertel region, there are countless excursion and leisure opportunities for guests of all ages and tastes. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach both the Danube Valley (290 m above sea level) and the Dreisesselberg (1,333 m above sea level). In our three fully equipped and modernly renovated holiday apartments, you can enjoy carefree days and nights on holiday. A holiday is when adults relax and the kids have fun (or was it the other way around…?) The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has its own balcony. The layout is as follows: living and dining area with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, and a children’s room for 2 people with 2 single beds. Additional details: No smoking. Pets are not allowed. The beds are made upon arrival. Towels are provided. Baby equipment, including a cot and high chair, is available free of charge upon request. Free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Satellite TV and radio. Use of the freezer and washing machine in the common area is available. Bakery service 5 days a week. Free parking. Payment is due on site in cash or via bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival are free of charge. Thereafter, the host is entitled to 50% of the agreed rental price for cancellations made no later than 4 weeks before the booked arrival date, 80% of the agreed rental price for cancellations made no later than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, and 90% of the agreed rental price for cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out should take place by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided free of charge upon request.
