With 130 m², the apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and has a double bed, while an additional bedroom offers two single beds and a second bathroom.



The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all modern appliances.



You have access to a shared rooftop area with a large pool open from Easter until November 1st. A mini-market is available on the ground floor. A hospital is less than 100 meters away.



The building has an elevator, ensuring a step-free interior. A private, secure, and free parking space with direct access to the apartment is included. An airport or train station shuttle service is available for an extra charge. On request, a baby cot and high chair with cutlery are provided free of charge. Late check-in from 10 pm to 6 am is available for an extra charge. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are present in common areas.
