Cool ground-floor flat with use of fenced courtyard and place to store bicycles. Public parking in the village square three hundred metres from the accommodation. It is located in a quiet hamlet three kilometres from Feltre, a medieval town which can also be reached on foot along a charming walk through the fields and under the beautiful Feltre peaks. There are opportunities for walks in the woods 5 minutes from the house, or to hire e-bikes, to go to the bathing lake with beach 8 km from the house. By car, you can reach very beautiful mountain resorts in 20 minutes, from where paths lead to high altitude refuges. Paragliding take-off 5 km from the house. On summer evenings in Feltre there are always cultural, food and wine events and more.

The ground floor, about 40 square metres, consists of the following rooms: entrance leading to the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave oven and dining table; adjacent bathroom with bath/shower and bidet. There is no washing machine in the house but a launderette nearby. Bedroom/living room with sofa, wardrobe and double sofa bed for two people; on request cot and/or folding bed for another child . Enclosed outdoor patio with parasol and table for the exclusive use of guests.
In the small hamlet 100 m from the house there is a pub, a pizzeria, a grocery shop and a bakery. Supermarkets and larger establishments such as the famous Pedavena brewery are about 3 km away.
It is located in an inner courtyard, away from the main road, and therefore quiet.
