Sehr schönes, sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit umfangreicher und geschmackvoller Ausstattung. Kinder werden insbesondere den Spielbereich unter dem Dach lieben und Musikfans die SONOS-Lautsprecher in jedem Raum. Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich alles schnell erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle des für Gäste kostenlosen Stadtbusses ist nicht weit weg. Eine überdachte und sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder sollte noch eingerichtet werden.
