Welcome to Snow Park 1701, a 3,000 square foot townhome in a relaxed lakeside community, with soaring vaulted ceilings, cabin-inspired furnishings and a cozy fireplace.

Snow Park Lodge and the ski school are about a block away, with a courtesy neighborhood shuttle for quick drop-offs. Deer Valley Café is also a block away, Historic Main Street is about half a mile, and free public transit serves all three resorts.

With two king suites, two queen rooms, bunks and a loft, the home suits families, multi-generational trips and friend groups of up to 13.

Great condo and perfect location for DV skiing

Our group (2 families with 6 kids total) loved our stay. The condo has everything you need, and the location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. We used the complimentary DV shuttle service, which was super convenient for getting back and forth from the mountain. Highly recommend this place!

The condo was amazing; kitchen and living spaces were nicely appointed and easy to prepare foods and eat together as a family. Easy shuttle bus to the mountain and into town. management office checked in daily via text which was very considerate.

Awesome location for skiing at Deer Valley

This place was perfect for a Deer Valley ski trip for our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids). We could walk to SnowPark lodge (through the parking lot) or grab the parking shuttle or the courtesy shuttle. We loved how easy it was to get to the slopes. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - we hope to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay for a Group!

We loved our stay at Lakeside! We went with a group of friends and the unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the large kitchen/ dining space and two living rooms. Deer Valley and Park City are easily accessible by bus or shuttle. Will definitely be back'

Fantastic, clean, and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The property manager could not have been more helpful and responsive. The location was extraordinary.

Great townhouse close to the Deer Valley

My family/extended family and I (we had 10 in total) stayed at Lakeside for 5 nights during a recent trip to Park City. The townhouse itself is very spacious, clean, and updated. We especially enjoyed the two living rooms with fireplaces and the modern kitchen for cooking meals. The townhouse is within the Deer Valley shuttle limits which made it super convenient to get to the mountain for skiing. Would definitely stay again!

Just Perfect!

This rental property was just perfect! We have been to Deer Valley multiple times. Not only was it spacious for our family of five, but it is tasteful, clean (and I'm a stickler for cleanliness) and comfortable! The location was awesome, allowing us to take advantage of the mountain and still be close enough to town. We know where our family will be returning to from now on!

Lakeside is Lovely - Favorite Spot in Lower Deer Valley

We love lower Deer Valley, so this was perfect for us. Lakeside we hadn't experienced yet, and now we will be repeat vacationers to this neighborhood most definitely. Management was very responsive to our questions about common area offerings and about the home. Overall we are thinking Lakeside, as well as this unit, we will definitely return to again.

Beautiful and Cozy Mountain Retreat

Deer Valley is an amazing vacation spot. Its even better when you have a cozy home away from home. Given this was our first time visiting Deer Valley, we did not know what to expect, and this home made our time away, truly memorable. My family enjoyed the beauty, from the breathtaking views outside, to the peaceful and spacious inside. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is great for entertaining and allowing conversation with friends, and we enjoyed the woodsy details. I would also say that the home is kid friendly. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd highly recommend!!

Great stay - easy for Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge - comfortable

Really enjoyed this property. We have stayed at other Lakeside Circle properties before and chose this for the 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suite baths, there are 2 additional bathrooms so effectively each bedroom gets its own bath). The townhouse is very nicely (& I am guessing recently) refurbished with a large kitchen area and 2 separate seating areas + dining table that seats 8. Location in Lakeside Circle is good, close to the Jacuzzi and pool. Lakeside Circle itself is right next to the lower parking lot of Snow Park Lodge and there is a complementary shuttle service that you can use to take you to the lodge where you are picked up at your doorstep. You use an app to request the shuttle which came each time within five minutes. It is then literally a two minute drive to the lodge. You can also easily walk through the parking lot, which takes about five minutes to get to the lodge or you can use the parking lot shuttle to take you to the lodge. It is about a two minute walk to the parking shuttle stop. This means that everyone in our party could leave and return very easily to the house whenever they needed to. Dealing with Mountain West vacation rentals was super easy. They answered the phone immediately the 2 times we called as we needed to check a couple of things and specifically Rebecca was extremely helpful. Would rent this property again and rent through Mountain West again.
