Casa dos is a modern, new holiday home.

From the approximately 30 m² terrace and the pool, you have a stunning view of the mountains and the sea.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished in a modern style with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room has a sofa bed with a sleeping option for one person. Each room has air conditioning.

The new 8 x 4 m pool with a depth of 1.50 m invites you to spend long hours swimming.

From Sayalonga, you can reach the house in 2 km via a concrete road that is narrow and steep in places.

In the small, cozy town of Sayalonga, there are several restaurants, a pharmacy, a small supermarket, and a bakery.

The coastal town of Algarrobo Costa can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the airport in about an hour. In Algarrobo Costa, you will find a discount store and other supermarkets.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Arrival and departure times can be arranged individually upon request.

Sehr schönes voll ausgestattetes Haus. Wir waren von November bis Mitte Januar dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat das Wetter in den letzten Wochen nicht mitgespielt und wir mussten die Heizung bemühen. Bis auf den fusskalten Boden ( kein Wunder bei diesen nicht üblichen Temperaturen) konnten wir das Haus gut heizen. Im Sommer dürfte es ein Träumchen sein hier zu urlauben mit dem schönen Pool. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die sehr steile Anfahrt. Wenn man nicht jeden Tag los muss ist auch das kein Thema.Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, zumal die Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut ist, und auch die Infos vom Besitzer sehr nett und ausführlich sind.

6 von 5 möglichen Sternen – es hat einfach alles gepasst! Vielen Dank noch einmal für diese tolle Unterkunft samt traumhaften Ausblick und das unkomplizierte Handling.Das Grundstück mit dem Haus und die gesamte Innenausstattung ist hochwertig und der Außenbereich top. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Jalousien, mit denen man bei Bedarf die Terrasse vor Wind oder Sonne schützen konnte. Die Ausstattung ist modern und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, ein sehr gepflegter Pool zur optimalen Erfrischung, Grillmöglichkeiten, Waschmaschine – alles da. Das WLAN ist schnell und stabil, perfekt für Homeoffice oder Streaming. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und bietet viel Privatsphäre, von der großen Terrasse und vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Meer und Berge. Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig!Die Finca ist von Sayalonga aus auf einem komplett befestigten Weg (was ja im Campo nicht prinzipiell üblich ist) in wenigen Fahrminuten gut zu erreichen. Zum Strand ist es zwar ein Stück, aber oben auf dem Hügel hat man ohnehin alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht.Der Aufenthalt war einfach rundum gelungen und wir kommen definitiv wieder! TV? Keine Ahnung, wir haben drei Wochen auf der Terrasse und am Pool verbracht.

Netop afsluttet et fantastisk ophold i Casa Dos, hvor alt har været som det skulle være.Værten har været meget imødekommende og hurtig med svar/information og vi har virkeligt nydt at være et sted, hvor alt bare er, som lovet.Billederne lyver ikke - der er virkelig skønt.Så søger man et hus lidt oppe i bjergene med rolige omgivelser, kan man roligt benytte Casa Dos.Vi vil klart anbefale dette sted - fantastisk ferie vi har haft.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit großartigem Blick und viel Ruhe! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und lässt in Sachen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen (Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, Grill, Waschmaschine usw.). Der Pool sorgt an heißen Tagen für die perfekte Abkühlung. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter, aber im Grunde hat man hier oben sowieso alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous remercions Gerhard pour la qualité de la location offerte (équipements, propreté, localisation...) Nous avons passés des vacances exceptionnelles, l'emplacement du logement nous a permis de profiter pleinement de l'Andalousie. Merci aussi à Daniela et Peter pour la qualité de l'accueil et leur réactivité lorsque cela à été nécessaire.
