Beautiful and spacious home! Excellent communication from the host as well as property amenities. The only downside was using public beach access, but we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this Vrbo!

It was clean and a nice house. It is in the neighborhood of The Big Chill. The house came with basically no supplies. The listing said 5 minute walk to the beach which is incorrect,the closest beach is a 5 to 7 minute drive and you are lucky if there is any parking available. There is no beach access in this subdivision. This house is in a HOA which is extremely strict. If your bumper is too close to the curb or you park on the street in front of your house it is 100 fine. We had one beach towel hanging on the railing of the front porch and a security guard came and rang our doorbell. The front door glass was shattered with cardboard tape to it which they notified us about but didn't fix for the 7 days while we were there. We swept pieces of glass up multiple times a day everyday during our stay. We will never stay in this subdivision again. Just an FYI if multiple families are going to stay at this house you can only park one vehicle at the house. The other vehicle will have to park 5-10 minute walk away.
