Positives 1. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood.2. It’s walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.3. It’s been recently remodeled with nice design elements and furniture.4. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you need.5. Every room has its own individual heater.Negatives 1. Communication - was told after making the reservation that I would be contacted a few days before with the address and additional details, but I had to reach out the night before arriving to get the information.2. The digital Welcome Guide link says it doesn’t exist or has been moved.3. There’s a sour smell in the first bedroom closet that you can smell throughout the place.4. There are no window coverings on the 2 back bedroom windows.5. The 2nd bedroom entry is a tripping hazard.6. Only 4 windows have screens in them.7. There’s no way to turn the AC off during the day so it’s freezing unless you run the individual heaters for each room while the AC is blasting. There’s no way to turn the AC on at night so it’s hot when trying to sleep unless you open your window with no screen in it.8. The flush handle on the toilet sometimes sticks up so it constantly runs unless you remember to check it and push it down.9. The cleaning crew and kids running around and crying every morning between 6:00 and 6:30 AM upstairs can be heard through the ceiling.10. We needed to wipe down the furniture around the fire pit before we could use it.
