About this accommodation<br>We invite you to relax in an exclusive apartment in an 18th-century palace with a historic park. The palace is located three kilometres from the town of Świebodzin (Schwiebus). It’s a wonderful place to reach by bike; there’s a convenient bike path running from Świebodzin (main train station) all the way to us. Convenient connections from Berlin (1.30-hour direct train), Dresden, Frankfurt, etc. Easy to reach: just 8 km from the A2 highway!<br>The park covers approximately 4.6 hectares and offers a wonderful place for walking. The park is enclosed by a wall. Anyone looking for peace and quiet, a connection with nature, history, and long walks will find it here. <br><br>Description<br>The apartment is located on the ground floor and is lockable. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has everything you need to prepare a three-course meal. Large, spacious closets and a bathroom with a hydromassage tub and light therapy ensure a comfortable stay for 4 people. The bedroom area (separate from the rest of the apartment) features a 160-cm double bed, and the living room has a large, very comfortable 160-cm sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.<br><br>We have a large parking area on the property, several summer pavilions with comfortable patio furniture, and a separate barbecue area.<br>We’re happy to assist our guests with any questions or concerns! We speak German, English, Polish, and Russian.<br>We cordially invite you to an extraordinary holiday!<br><br>The renovation of the castle in Chociule has been our family project since 2012. We fell in love with the castle back then, and that’s when the idea was born to create a place where guests, friends, and family would always love to return. So the castle slowly became this place, which we’re still building piece by piece with love and patience.<br>Today, we’re honoured to present our project to you. We dreamed that everyone who came here—starting with ourselves—would finally be able to take a deep breath, escape the concrete jungle of noisy cities, and restore peace and inner balance. <br>We’re investing all our time, energy, and dedication into this project—but above all, our hearts and souls. We still have a lot of work ahead of us, but the journey is the destination, isn’t it? And yes, we love welcoming guests to our castle!<br><br>The Surroundings<br>There’s still a lot of work ahead of us, but the journey is the destination, isn’t it?<br> Just 8 km from the castle lies a picturesque lake near the village of Wilkowo. <br>15 km from us begins the Niesulice lake and forest landscape, Zloty Potok, etc. <br>Just 15 km from the palace, in Kalinowo, there is a 75-hectare 18-hole golf course that attracts both professional and amateur golfers with its beauty and friendly atmosphere. <br>We’d be happy to recommend other interesting places to visit near our hotel.<br>We hope we’ve succeeded in creating a warm, family-like atmosphere where our guests feel right at home!
