Cosy new holiday rental: a bright attic apartment with a south-facing balcony and a west-facing balcony to enjoy the morning and evening sun, the incredibly beautiful unobstructed mountain views, and the magnificent night sky. Large bedroom with 2 very large, comfortable double beds, blackout curtains, and linens; large living room with two comfortable sleeper sofas. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, etc.; open dining area. Bathroom with 2 shower options, bathtub, toilet, washing machine, towels, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs… Space for bicycles… Skis… etc.
It’s a very cosy apartment where you’ll feel right at home; the two sofas invite you to relax and sleep, and the bright kitchen has everything you need, as does the bathroom with a window.
From the beautiful village of Wegscheid near Lenggries, you can quickly reach the Brauneck... take a direct walk along the Isar... Walchensee... Sylventeinsee... Tegernsee... Bad Tölz... Munich, etc.
Our guests especially love visiting the excellent Bavarian restaurant Pfaffensteffel, which is just a 2-minute walk away!
You can reach this great holiday rental via two flights of stairs through the beautiful hallway, and it will be exclusively available to you for the duration of your booking. Best regards

Super schönes Apartment mit allem was es braucht. Zwei gemütliche Balkone, ruhige Umgebung, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, grosser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einzig grössere Personen müssen auf die Balken der Dachschrägen acht geben

Super freundlicher persönlicher Kontakt, tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurant und Unternehmung.Die Wohnung ist super schön und gemütlich, sehr große Betten, genug Platz für 6 Personen. Es war alles vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchenausstattung.

Einfach mal abschalten...... ;-)

Ich kann die Unterkunft wirllich nur empfehlen! Nette unkomplizierte Gastgeber, eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit ALLEM was man benötigt. Mega Ausblick direkt auf die Berge und die Isar auch noch direkt hinter der Tür.

Wir sind herzlich empfangen worden. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Wunderschönes Lenggries und Umgebung

Es war eine Klasse Woche tolles Wetter sehr nette Vermieterin schöne Wohnung und überragende Natur. Viel Potenzial für eine Wiederholung.
