Great ski house, convenient location right near Okemo. Only issue was the hot tub staying warm but it was a severely cold weekend - everything else was great.
Stayed for a weekend to go skiing with another family and our dog. The house lived in but well maintained. The set up was particularly nice for bringing our dog as there were few restrictions and even a fenced in backyard.

Vermont Gem!
We had a wonderful time at this cozy Vermont house! The location is stunning - tucked near the mountains with a beautiful waterfall and refreshing swimming hole just minutes away. The nearby restaurants served some truly amazing food, but we also loved the option to cook in the fully functional kitchen, which had everything we needed and more.
The house itself is spacious, warm and inviting. The comfy couch and cozy gas fireplace made it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The yard is beautiful and well-maintained, and the hot tub was the cherry on top - especially under the stars.
Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the amenties to the overall atmosphere. We're looking forward to coming back in the winter to enjoy the nearby skiing. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing Vermont escape!
This was a lovely home and would have been a 5 star stay, but it had not been maintained for winter rental. When we arrived on the first day, the heat had been out for several days and the home was 43 degrees. All of the plumbing, including toilets, had completely frozen, and we had no access to water. The entry ways had not been cleared after a snow storm earlier in the week, and were covered in compacted ice, with no shovel provided. The property manager was able to come out within 90 minutes and got the furnace restarted, but it took until the next morning before the house warmed up to a comfortable temperature and the plumbing was fully restored. He also provided a dented old shovel after we asked for one.Not being able to get warm, use toilets, take a shower, or cook was a major inconvenience after a long day of skiing; and reasonable compensation (we asked for the first nights rental fee back) was not offered as of this writing. It's truly a nice home we'd stay at again, but it needs to be maintained better in the winter; and guests should be compensated if there are major utility outages.
