Freshly Remodeled Mountain Retreat! Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this top-floor condo, fully updated for a modern mountain getaway. Enjoy a brand-new fireplace, contemporary flooring, a fully remodeled kitchen, stylish new furniture, and completely renovated bathrooms. Every detail has been refreshed to create a welcoming and sophisticated space for your ski vacation.

Upon entrance, you'll discover an open and spacious living area. There is a quaint dining area and additional seating at the kitchen counter. When you're not shredding powder, snuggle up with a steamy cup of coffee and watch your favorite shows on the TV with cable. This condo's kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, to make cooking a breeze. Relax on your private balcony as you take in the incredible mountain views right before your eyes. The first floor of this condo also hosts a full bathroom while the upper level features all three bedrooms plus a full bathroom. The sun-drenched balcony is a great place to relax and take in all the activities of the day. All three bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed, a 50” flatscreen TV, and a ceiling fan. All bedding has been recently updated.

Storm Meadows is located directly off the Right-O-Way beginner's run at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. You can easily access the slopes just a short walk from the property. The condominium is located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres-ski activities, shops, and restaurants just minutes away.

The location is great! The beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The hot water heater is terrible. We could only get one hot shower, then the water got cold. Decent size place and wonderful views.

Affordable stay with ski in/out access

Overall good experience staying here. Ski in/out was great with a ski locker on ground level. Some parts of home were updated at described in listing. Bedrooms were outdated but the beds were comfy. Our biggest issue with the place was the parking situation. This is place to fit 8 people but there is only 1 assigned parking spot. The only option for 2nd car is paid overnight parking in base area which is expensive. There is no free parking in Steamboat.

Steamboat spring skiing

This is a nice place that suited our group of 3 teens and 2 adults. Check in was easy. The VRBO listing implied a private washer dryer, but apparently it was a shared amenity requiring quarters. There is an hookup in the unit, so that would be needed for us to choose this property again. Every single pan in the place sticks so badly that we could not even make a batch of pancakes. The ski in feature and ski storage were nice. Overall we were happy with the location and comfortable beds, but small upgrades in the kitchen and a laundry would make the place more desirable.

Unhelpful management company

Pros: location Cons: Parking - apartment is for 8 people but only allowed one parking space. NO ONE could tell me where we could park a second car. Helpful tip, even though the garages say no overnight parking, if you go on an app you can pay $50 and park overnight. It took a full day of googling and making phone calls to figure this out. Waste of time. Plumbing - most of the drains are slow/clogged Smell - bathrooms smelled like vomit - I can imagine it’s very hard to keep the carpet clean. Beds - very uncomfortable Refrigerator - received an email in March that the refrigerator was not working and they were trying to fix it. We stayed one full month later and it was still not fixed. Try to call the management company before our stay to confirm there was a minifridge at the apartment as my son takes medicine that needs to be refrigerated. The one time I actually reached someone they said they’d have to get in touch with someone at the property and get back to me. I never heard back. But after a month, just replace the fridge, people! I would not stay here again.

Everything you need to know about this rental!

We are a family of 6 (3 girls and 1 boy ages 9-13). The unit’s location is excellent. There is 1 set of condos in front of you but there is a narrow ski trial that takes you directly to the entrance/exit of the building for easy SKI IN! To ski out, you must walk 75 steps to the main slope in front of the condos in front of you. The family all did this with ease. So again, regarding ski in/out, excellent! The overall location was also excellent, a short 5min walk to steamboat square/the base of the mountain (restaurants/shopping etc). We used ski butlers and they came directly to our unit and outfitted our family for skies and picked them up after we were done, highly recommend!!! This unit has a ski locker on the bottom level so your not hauling your gear up and down the elvevator or 5 flights of stairs. The views are amazing outside on the patio. There was a ski race and we watched from the balcony. The unit does not have a washer or dryer but there is one in the condo unit!!! $1.50 for a wash and $1 for dryer. Only uses quarters!!! The unit itself IS DATED. We had some minor issues but everything was quickly addressed. The beds were 8/10 in regards to comfort. There was a humidifier which we used nightly. The bedrooms 4 singles (1 bedroom) were perfect for our girls, 1 queen (perfect for our son) 1 king (perfect for us). If you want to live in luxury, this unit is not for you. If you want a place to sleep and one that is comfortable and you can deal with imperfections, this is a great unit! There was also 1 parking pass if you need to rent a car, but we didn’t rent a car…you can walk everywhere or use an Uber if needed.

Great Slopeside Lodging

Everything was so clean, very peaceful, great view, accessible to many attractions, very near to town, we loved this house . Only thing is TV doesn’t have any signal , no internet, no cable … and also the shared hot tub was super super super small . Overall we had a great time .
