The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation to downtown Leipzig. Stayed for a couple nights for a soccer game. Clean and very roomy.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Parkplatz war im Innenhof für uns reserviert. Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich. Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ein paar mehr Gläser wären schön gewesen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Zentrale Unterkunft in Alt-Lindenau

Sehr gut geeignete Lage der Ferienwohnung in Alt-Lindenau als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ins Stadtzentrum mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung. Dabei trotzdem in ruhiger Lage.

Nett für ein paar Tage

Die Verkehrsanbindung war für unsere Verhältnisse sehr gut. Red Bull Arena auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einiges in der Wohnung könnte mal etwas erneuert/repariert werden. Es war sehr warm in der Wohnung. Preis - Leistung passen hier leider nicht ganz zusammen.

Alles vorhanden, was man braucht

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zur Straßenbahn. Vor dem Objekt konnten wir gut parken und die Check-in Anleitung war super. Wir fanden es nur etwas kalt, da es im Flur keinen Heizkörper gab. Aber das ist bei einer Altbauwohnung nicht zu ändern. :)

Urlaub im Gründerzeithaus

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bei der Wohnungssuche, falsche Straße markiert bei FeWo direkt und ohne Angabe Straße/Hausnummer durch die Vermieterin, welche aber telefonisch schnell zur Verfügung stand, hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer top ausgestatteten FeWo im 1. OG. Infomaterial zur Umgebung vorhanden, teils etwas veraltet. Parkplatz im Hof und Fahrradstellplätze vorhanden. Sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Radfreunde, man ist schnell im Grünen. Das Zentrum ist über den Grüngürtel Auwald und entlang Straßen mit Gründerzeithäusern gut zu erreichen. Immer gerne wieder!

Wir haben wieder genossen von unserem aufenthalt. Die wohnung liegt sehr günstig um mit ÖV und auto überall hin zu kommen. Alles ist auf laufabstand und für unsere Kinder atand viel spielzeug klar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Praktische Ferienwohnung

Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung passend und sauber. Sie ist groß und gut eingerichtet und in der Nähe befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Allerdings war die Wohnung während unseres Aufenthalts zu kühl, da die Heizköper z.T. nicht funktionierten bzw. nicht aufgedreht waren als wir ankamen (Außentemp. unter 0 Grad Celsius). Auch eine wärmere Bettdecke wäre für die Wintermonate angebracht.

Gute Wohnung, die den online Angaben entspricht. Zentrale Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mikrowelle wäre noch eine gute Ergänzung. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind und hätten dessen Essen und die Milch einfacher aufwärmen können

Es war ok

Die Wohnung war wie in der der Bebilderung zu sehen ist.Aber das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr niedrig und hart.Und auch die Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem.Trotz das die Kinder darauf geschlafen haben,das was ausgezogen wird war sehr hart und ungepolstert.Das hat sogar die Kids gestört. Es hing auch noch ein altes benutztes Handtuch von den Vorgängern da,war jetzt nicht so toll.Dafür,das es eine Nichtraucherwohmumg ist,was sehr toll ist,aber das gesamte Treppenhaus richt richtig nach Rauch.Das war nicht so toll. Und eine Kaffeemaschine gab es auch nicht.Nur so eine mit Pads.Hat nun mal nicht jeder zu Hause.Das müsste mit in der Beschreibung stehen.

Leipzig ist immer eine Reise wert. Auch in der näheren oder weiteren Umgebung gibt es freizeitmässig

Leider hatten wir Pech, da am Tag unserer Anreise die Kommunikation des Reinigungsservices offensichtlich nicht geklappt hat, sodass wir eine verschmutzte Wohnung vorfanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wie im Internet angeboten. Nur ist inzwischen alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise doch schon mal überholungsbedürftig. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig aber ungepflegt. Die Mülltonnen wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht geleert und liefen teilweise über. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette freundliche Frau, mit der die Kommunikation gut geklappt hat. Da sie aber nicht vor Ort wohnt, kann man nur empfehlen, dass sie immer mal vorbei schaut, um zu sehen, was in den Fewo zu erneuern erforderlich wäre.

Sehr schöne, saubere, moderne Wohnung in guter Lage!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. Allerdings war das Buchungsprozedere etwas umständlich, das WLAN sehr langsam und der Handyempfang nicht besonders gut. Ansonsten sehr schön!
