Modern Black Forest loft with mountain views - ski lift, bathing lake & thermal spa

Our Black Forest loft is located in the spa town of Menzenschwand on the southern slope of the Feldberg and was completed in the summer of 2022. With a wonderful and picturesque view of the countryside, you can sit back and relax in our modern apartment.


The apartment is part of a traditional Black Forest house near Schluchsee. This high-end, designer loft with mountain views has been completely renovated and modernised. The spacious apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The modern kitchen is perfect for cosy cooking evenings and is equipped with high-end appliances. Alternatively, there are also great restaurants within walking distance.

A 180x200 cm box-spring bed and a comfortable sleeper sofa ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, the apartment has been furnished with attention to detail, creating an immediate sense of comfort and a holiday atmosphere. The 65-inch smart TV and fiber-optic internet round out the amenities and help you forget even those rare days of bad weather.
Guests can also share use of the garden and table tennis room, and the property offers ample free parking as well as storage space for bicycles, sleighs, skis, or snowboards.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, super und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles was man benötigt (Handtücher, Geschirr usw.) ist vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Ferienwohnung wieder buchen

Uns hat es im gemütlichen Schwarzwald Loft sehr gut gefallen. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen. Für Kleinkinder bietet Menzenschwand einen schönen Spielplatz, Wildgehege und einfache Wanderwege.

Ruhiges Ferienidyll

Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir die kleine Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen etc. braucht. Selbst eine kleine Auswahl an Schwarzwälder Bieren stand bereit... Es ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass man nach dem kleinen Flur das Schlafzimmer betritt, aber es macht durchaus Sinn. So hat man vom Esstisch einen schönen Blick in das Tal. Auch wenn die Wohnung in einem Haus mit vielen Parteien ist, war es sehr ruhig. Ein großer Vorteil: Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loslaufen und am Abend gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten zu Fuß eines der Lokale am Ort zu besuchen.
