The open atmosphere, with plenty of light streaming in from all sides, and the high ceilings in the modern, airy design of a beach house give you room to breathe. In the open sleeping area, you’ll drift off together in a high-quality, comfortable 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed (including bedding: small and large pillows and comforters). Its comfort ensures a restful night’s sleep and a relaxed start to the day.
Experience luxury and a sense of security in your own sauna, cosy warmth by the modern gas fireplace, or a relaxing soak in the whirlpool tub integrated into the living room, which seats two people. Whether you’re simply listening to music, enjoying a film, or stepping right out of the tub to gaze at nature and the sunset.
And if you don’t feel like going out to eat, prepare your own dinner in the fully equipped kitchenette. Everything you need is provided. Modern kitchen appliances—whether a microwave, multifunction oven, or induction cooktop; a spacious refrigerator or large freezer—make dining a breeze. And afterwards, the dishwasher quickly takes care of cleaning the dishes. Additionally, a Nespresso machine with a milk frother (including a starter pack of 6 capsules) is available, or for those who prefer a more traditional approach, a filter coffee maker.
Enjoy an ice-cold sundowner on the comfortable patio furniture, read a book you’ve always wanted to read, or watch the birds fly by—take a moment to pause and simply shake off the stresses of everyday life. Or grill some vegetables or a steak on the Weber electric grill.

The luxury SPA Penthouse Sundowner is located on the 2nd floor of a modern holiday home with 6 separate, top-of-the-line luxury holiday apartments in Göhren-Lebbin.
The floors of the holiday apartments are covered with high-quality porcelain stoneware (tiles) in a wood-grain design, and underfloor heating (controllable per room) ensures cosy warmth. A washer-dryer combo, along with an iron and ironing board, is available for your free use in the separate storage room. Insect screens are installed on all doors and windows, and free Wi-Fi access is provided. The floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors, along with the window in the sauna, flood the rooms with light, while curtains provide privacy or protection from the sun. The roof is equipped with additional heat protection, which—together with the optional air conditioning—ensures a comfortable temperature in the rooms even on hot days, promoting a restful night’s sleep.
Entertainment is also taken care of. Whether it’s satellite TV or streaming services (with your own access), everything is shown in the best possible light on the 55-inch OLED display. Or the perfect background music for moments of reflection. The Bose soundbar can also play internet radio.
One assigned parking space and a storage shed (for golf equipment/bicycles) are located right next to the house. This property is the first in the area to feature an in-house Wallbox charging station for Type 1 and Type 2 electric vehicles (shared by all 6 holiday rentals in the building; see the lease agreement for fees)
We ask pet owners to understand that your pets are not permitted in this luxury penthouse, making it ideal for those with pet dander allergies.
This beautiful luxury spa penthouse is available for 1–2 guests. Pets are not allowed in this suite.
In addition to the listed rental price, a security deposit of 100.00 EUR is required, which will be refunded after checkout or applied towards charges for using the on-site wallbox. A visitor’s tax of 1.50 or 2.00 EUR per person per night applies to this property.
