Welcome to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex <br>“Unobstructed ocean view” is the name of the game here. If you want to wake up to a sea view, you’ve come to the right place! This apartment on the 2nd floor, freshly renovated in 2024, offers more than just a fantastic sea view. <br>The apartment is located right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. This modern two-room apartment is designed for two adults and two children and boasts a prime location with an east-facing balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. Here, you can enjoy more than just breakfast with a “panoramic view” at the large table with four chairs. <br>The living room features a cosy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a modern dining area for four people. A Wii with games is available for fun-filled evenings. <br>The kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, and microwave/oven combination, leaves nothing to be desired.<br>In the spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m) and a wardrobe, you can enjoy the ocean view in the morning with the curtains open. <br>The stylish bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and functional decor, rounds out this elegant apartment. <br>Dogs are welcome! This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is included.<br><br>A parking space next to the building and a bike storage room are available to guests free of charge.<br>An electric car charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)<br>Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.<br>The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)<br><br>On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna <br>Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a wide selection of age-appropriate toys.<br><br>A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the resort from the magnificent beach. <br>On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.<br>You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.<br>A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.<br>There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a barrier. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).<br><br>We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.<br><br>We look forward to seeing you!
